Since 1985, we've been raising money and building bridges between Boston and Ireland. Here's the proof that 100% goes to children.
What We've Accomplished Together
We're constantly finding ways to help raise money to fund field trips, extra-curricular activities, and provide the necessary tools for kids. Below are the highlights of what we've been able to achieve.
We are grateful to build great relationships and find support and hope for children. It's a monumental task considering that none of our staff are on payroll—we are 100% volunteer-based—yet we've been able to make a huge difference.

Jack Leary Quiet Leadership Award
Billy Higgins received the prestigious Jack Leary Quiet Leadership Award from the PINCH Foundation.
Golden Bridges Award
Billy Higgins received the Golden Bridges Award from the Irish Echo for his dedication to community service.
Benemerenti Medal
Billy Higgins was awarded the Benemerenti medal from Pope Francis for outstanding service to the Catholic Church and community.
Computer Room for Southill Jr School
With Mayor Raymond L. Flynn's help, we installed a computer room at Southill Jr School.
Police Athletic League in Ireland
Brought Boston Police officers to start the Grader Athletic Program (GAP) in Limerick, connecting cops and kids through sports.
96 Children Exchange Program
Raised $42,000 to bring 96 children from Southill to Boston for three weeks, singing in churches and staying with host families.

Helped fix the roof, paint, and special donation for the fence around the church

Brought 96 children from Southill to Boston for three weeks, singing in churches and staying with host families
Boxing Club
Opened the Boxing club and sent over a lot of boxing gear
Southill House
Gave money to help renovate the now very successful Southill House
Marathon Runners
Paid for two Police officers and 4 boys to come to Boston and run in the Marathon
Community Center
Helped re-build the community center for the children of Southill through the Ireland Fund
Children Exchange
Brought 10 children to Ireland for 10 days, staying with families in Southill
